LE CLUB DE FRANÇAIS
Every Monday at lunch time the French Club takes place in the French room from 1.10pm – 2.40pm. It is geared towards Junior Cycle students and it offers the opportunity to enhance what they are learning in class through the use of language board games, puzzles and card games. Some of the materials used include Bingo, Guess Who, Boggle, Scrabble, Battleship, Rory’s Story Cubes, Hangman and Tic Tac Boom. The French Club also hosts the annual ‘Quiz de Français’ for 1st and 2nd year students in which each class is represented by a team of 4.
